I'm sad to see you're having difficulties accessing your Fido Xtra. Can you tell us if you're logging into the My Account App using your mobile number or email address as a username?
You should be able to log in to the App with the same log-in credentials you'd use on Fido.ca. So the username being the email address we have on file and the password you've selected.
Can you try this out and let us know if it works?
