Need to restart APP on android

When accessing my Fido App on my android (Samsung 9+) it prompts me to "go back" pic of a dog and yellow button that states..GO BACK ...I repeatedly press the GO BACK button only to have it reappear even after serveral l attempts. To solve the problem I need to restart the phone .This has happened to me several times over last few months....Kernel Version 4.9 186-19871035......Knox Version 3.4.1......if that helps..

I should mention after a "restart" I am able to navigate the app until that screen appears then I'm hooped....restart it is...

 

Any suggestions ?

Having trouble with the App is definitely not fun, we're sorry to learn about it!

 

Could you maybe walk us through where exactly where you get the message asking you to go back? Is it as soon as you log in or only when you select a specific tab in the app? A little more info would be appreciated Smiley

 

Also, have you tried clearing the cache of the app to see if that helps?

I'll access the Fido APP. then I press the contest icon then I get ...Sorry ...We couldn't find that page ....there is a yellow icon with "Go Back" in middle and when I press that icon to "Go Back"  a little green dogs appears for a second and then back to ..Sorry ..we can't find that page...

Now I'm locked on this page after pressing "Go Back" several times.....now I need to restart my phone.....to access the Fido App again..

It doesn't do this all the time ..for some reason every so often.....

Yes I did clear cache and uninstalled and reinstalled APP but issue does show up again ...not all the time but every so often....

You mentioned that the app doesn't do all the time. Did you notice if this happens only during a specific time? I am asking to make sure that it's not overnight as the app does undergo maintenance sometimes.
