I have the exact same problem

 

1. I am on large Fido Pulse plan, confirmed with texting "PULSE" to 222,  and checking online account 

2. Fido App is on latest update 4.1.1

3. Im on Fido LTE network

4. I have done a hard restart of both the app, and then the iPhone XR

5. Im running latest iOS 12.4

6. Pease send me a PM asap

Deleting the app and reinstalling, seems to have done the trick!
