My Account keeps on crashing

1. My app keeps on crashing whenever I try to log in with my username and password. I have no problem logging in through my web browser. I tried Uninstalling the app but it won't let me. It says "disable" only. Pls help. Thanks

Nope. Still the same. It keeps on crashing.

Can you also check if you have the latest app version installed in the phone please?
