Why isn't My Account FIDO App not working it won't recognize my phone number

This helped for 6 hours and now my account on the website has information deleted again.

Can you try deleting the app and re-installing it?

Let me know how that goes.

I can uninstall it but the app itself does not uninstall!! The updates for the app uninstall.

Hey @shantih6985!

Depending on your phone, it may not be possible to uninstall the app. Can you instead visit your application settings in your phone and clear the app cache?
