I tried to set up the app and upon providing my Fido phone number, says "cannot access my account information" and cannot text me a code.
Without the Fido My Account app I cannot use the 1-hour data bytes !
I have now successfully set up the app after Force Stop and reopened the app !
Hey @CT88!
Make sure your app is always updated and you can always delete and reinstall the app if this happens again.
