I have the My Account app on Android, and I am wondering...why is it that I keep getting marketing messages from the app on services I am not interested in, but I am not getting notifications on what my bill is? Are you not interested in letting me know when my bill is due?
Looking forward to the response.
Hi AlexTO, you make a great point. I get my billing notification in my emails telling me that my Fido bill is ready and it shows how much I owe and when it's due. Also in the app on the tabs at the bottom of the main page there's a billing tab and on that page it shows what you owe and when it's due. Did you mean that in the messages tab that you would like to have a message there to let you know about your bill, also? It would seem redundant to have it on your main page, on the billing app and also in the messages section. However, we all are different in how we consume information, perhaps an alternative delivery method might be possible if the developers could put a reminder in there.
I just checked on Fido.CA and under profile and settings you can add your email and mobile phone number to receive billing notification. That won't solve the marketing messages but it will give you more options for billing notification.
I hope that answered your question.
