Missing fido extra and free 5 hours data button on app

I had the buttons on the app 2 days ago and then they disappeared. Why are they not there?

Hi @JeanAshley and @inaam , I was just reading someone else's post saying that there app was back to normal today. You may want to check again. There was some issues that the Fido team was working on at the end of last week and were aware that the issue was back again for some users (I wasn't affected) hopefully it will be resolved for everyone today.

Hello Thanks for the update just checked the app without having to uninstall and reinstall the app both banners are back

They fixed the glitch on Thursday the problem resurfaced again Sunday onwards this time not only Fido Xtra even 5 hours of extra data banner is to missing for all lines, last time it was an issue with just one line

I did start a new thread but got no response from members keep posting on the solved forum. Fido Team please update

I did reinstall the app so dont tell me to do that. It does nothing at all.
