Hi @JeanAshley and @inaam , I was just reading someone else's post saying that there app was back to normal today. You may want to check again. There was some issues that the Fido team was working on at the end of last week and were aware that the issue was back again for some users (I wasn't affected) hopefully it will be resolved for everyone today.
They fixed the glitch on Thursday the problem resurfaced again Sunday onwards this time not only Fido Xtra even 5 hours of extra data banner is to missing for all lines, last time it was an issue with just one line
I did start a new thread but got no response from members keep posting on the solved forum. Fido Team please update
