I have been facing this issue for few days now. I wanted to use my Fido XTRA and it seems like available till only tomorrow to redeem David's Tea.
My sister is facing the same issue.
Ive updated my app but seems still having the same problem. Tried to access by "I don't have a Fido number" to put the account number and password but still doesn't work.
What should I do?

If you select the "I don't have a Fido number" option, you need to use the same info as what you use on the website to login, so either your phone number or your email address depending on what you use for the website. If you do that, you should be able to login.
