I have fido internet and mobile, when I go to the fido app, or my fido web account I can't add my mobile account. Its incredulity frustrating as I switched from telus who I was happy with for an easier experience. How do I add my mobile account to the app?

If you can't add your mobile account, you can have help from a Fido Employee by chatting with Fido. You can reach fido at Fido.ca under section Support, an employee will answer you by chat!
