Internet and mobile phone account linking

I have fido internet and mobile,   when I  go to the fido app, or my fido web account  I can't add  my mobile account. Its incredulity frustrating as I switched from telus  who I was happy with for an easier experience. How do I add my mobile account  to the app?


Good morning Joshh11, sorry you having a frustrating time registering your account on the Fido app. I searched the Fido website and found this.


Basically you have to set up a profile on the website and then register your account. It's more detailed than that, so take a look at the web page and let us know if you were able to get set up. Fingers🤞

If you can't add your mobile account, you can have help from a Fido Employee by chatting with Fido. You can reach fido at under section Support, an employee will answer you by chat! Very_Happy
