Hi my fido app isnt working for the past week it's been saying sorry we hit a snag when I try login with the app but I am able to log in the fido.ca website perfectly fine I never had this problem before.
I have the same problem (hit a snag). How did you resolve this? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times. Have even changed SIM card for my android cell, still same problem....
