Haven't received my prize

I had won a contest in September. It was the Samsung gaming controller. I have not received it and when I contacted Fido directly they couldn't help me with it. They sent me to their Facebook page which is just automated messages. How do I find out about getting my prize?

Hey, congratulations @Tmathews85 . Did you respond to the skill testing questions? I believe that you would've received a notification in the messages inbox in the fido app also. If you were confirmed being a winner after answering the skill testing question,  then the prizes are shipped after verification of all the winners. It could take up to 12 weeks sometimes to receive your prize. Congrats again
