Fido xtra perk loop

Hi

So fido xtra says congratulations you won. Access redemption portal or something. Asked me to do math which I did. Now it says click below to redeem. When I do that it goes back to fido xtra landing page. I checked every day. It is the third now. Fido xtra says if I have issues redeeming I should contact Fido for help. On the help page I have only self serve options. No phones no email no chat. What is going on?!!!

Clear the Fido app cache then retry and it should work.
