Anyone having issues redeeming the recent Fido xtra perk at la prep. I printed it off with the address of the la prep location and all. Staff had no clue. Called the owner. Owner had no clue. Wasted 20 minutes! And came out with no sandwiches.

Well if every Fido customer had to spend an hour working with the merchant for a $5 perk that Fido said was valid, then it doesn’t sound like a perk to me. I was hoping that Fido would address it With the merchant since the Fido name is on it and Fido and the merchant came up with the deal.

We definitely want the experience of redeeming your perk to be a seamless one. In this case, we request that you reach out to the merchant for a resolution as that's the best way to get it sorted out quickly!

It’s a $5 sandwich. If Fido didn’t want to spend any time on it, I can assure you I wasn’t going to spend any more time than the time I already spent where I came out with nothing.
Guess the perks are hit and miss. A couple of them have worked for me in the past.
