Fido extra 5hours of data not found

I've tried removing snd reinstalling the app and everything and still can't find the extra 5 hours of data tab anymore. It was fine until IOS14 came out and I updated my phone. Please help

Are you logged into the app with your phone number or your email? If you used your email to log in, can you please log in with your phone number instead and let us know if you're able to see the option that way?

Same issue as everyone else 

can you finally fix it???

this is the only reason I didn't switch to bell yet, and IT IS NOT WORKING

Could you please try to log out of the app and log back in using your phone number instead of your email address (if that was the case)?

I did it multiple times before I wrote my message here.  Re-installing the app, re-login with my phone number, rebooting my device - nothing helped.  And it's still not working for me.
