How come every time I try to check my fido app now a days it always ask for me to enter my number for a authorization code to be sent by sms? It’s quite annoying that this happens every time now.  Is there a way to avoid this process?

There is a simple trick that you can try. Have you tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it?
