Hi,
I have a Samsung s8. Sometime in November 2020 the Fido app stopped working for me. When I log in, it tells me 'we've hit a snag. Please check back later'.
I can't update the app in the play store. It tells me 'Something went wrong. Try again.'
I can't delete the app since i got my phone with Fido - I can only disable it.
I've tried clearing the cache and app data already.
There's no issues logging into the website, only the app.
I've called tech support 3x already only to get disconnected while I'm on hold.
Please help!!

Did you try loading the app while connected to your mobile data and not your Wi-Fi?
Are you having issues updating other apps on your phone?
The option I see remaining would be to factory reset your device. This would mean losing what is on there now, so I recommend performing a back-up before doing this.

Doesn't work on data or WiFi. All other apps work fine.
The issue started when I last updated the Fido app.
I really don't want to factory reset my phone - do you have any other suggestions?
