Fido app sign in

• Brand new phone (A71) since i got it cant sign into the fido app tells me to sign in on the website no idea why

@FidoDaniela ya turns out i didnt have the latest version thanks stupid that a new phone wouldnt come with the most recent updates for apps tho

Hi Pikaswed, glad you figured it out. A little tip for you, when you get a new phone all set up and ready to go, check with the app store for updates to let it refresh all the installed apps. Also, if you set your apps to automatically update in the app store, you will get a notice that there's updates available. This can solve future issues for you. Enjoy the new phone.
