I've noticed many entries for the fido my account app not working. I can sign in to the web version fine but the app (version 4.4.2) can't send me a code to be able to use the app. I have cleared the cache and data but that didn't help. Uninstalled the app only to be told I can't download it again because it isn't compatible with my brand new samsung tablet or my older tablet running android version 8.
Any help?

I don't think the app was designed to be used with tablets. Most tablets do not have messaging or dialling apps. That would likely be the reason you are unable to receive the code to use the app. That could also be why it says it isn't compatible. Do you have a phone from which you could use the app?
