Are you referring to NetworkAid on the My Account app?
If so, could you please confirm the following:
- The phone model you're using
- The version of the Fido app installed on your device
- The version of Android or iOS you're currently using

Thanks for the info! Can you try clearing the cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that fixes it?
