Fido app is not working

I'm a Participant Level 3
I'm a Participant Level 3

I can't start Fido app - it stays at the main window with the wheel running forever.
I tried to delete the app, restarted the iPhone, pulled out SIM card and got it back, but NOTHING helped.


When I tried to redownload at AppStore, it automatically led me to update. So I hit "update" then pop up message said "Fido My Account No Longer Available. The developer has removed this app from the App Store."


FYI, I have the latest iOS installed 14.3 and iPhone 8 Plus. PLEASE HELP ME!
