Fido xtra perks section is missing from last couple of weeks and I am also not able to access 'plans' section. It shows error!!

Still not working for me, it has been well over a month already. Already talked to agent via chat and ticket was opened. Someone called a couple of weeks ago to send a screenshot and said it will be fixed soon. No more responses after that.

also already tried clearing cache and uninstalling a million times. No luck.

Same for me, tried clearing the cache and uninstalling/re-installing and still not working.

This issue has been reported to Fido and the team is working on fixing it and should be releasing an update to the app once it has been resolved.
