Took an update on my Samsung Galaxy S9 for the Fido app. Since then, I have lost the Fido Xtra button. I cannot see any contests, freebies etc. The button is just gone. Even when I go to More, the FIdo Xtra option is missing. I also cannot see my details when I click on PHONE or PLAN. I un-installed and re-installed, but still the same problem. My phone has most recent software. Any ideas?
Never mind. I assume you are able to log into my account and see that I do not have access to Fido Xtra and fix it. If u can't see that, I am probably talking to the wrong people. I just want access to the perks like everyone else.
Had a ticket open for a week with them. Still no progress. Is there anybody who can actually resolve my problem? All I get is call here, email there, open a ticket for a team I can't talk to. How about an actual person who will take responsibility for my case, keep me updated and ensure resolution?
