Fido App - XTRA not loading

I haven't used the XTRA part of the application before, I got a text message regarding the Boston Pizza promo but when I click the XTRA tab IN THE APPLICATION, nothing loads in the XTRAS or HISTORY section.

Anyone else having this issue? Wonder if that's down due to too many requests? 

Not a great first experience. 

Edit: This issue occurs on both Wi-Fi and LTE. LTE shows on the phone, not 3G.

It's an amazing offer so I definitely understand where you're coming from.

Have you tried uninstalling/installing the application to see if that helps?

Can you also confirm which device are you using and the version of the application?

On my end, it seems to work though. Having said that, the promo codes are limited and available until June 19th at 11:59PM ET or until the codes inventory is depleted.
