That's definitely not the user experience you should be getting when using the Fido mobile app.
Just to confirm, do you currently have the latest Fido mobile app version installed on your device? If you do, have you had the chance to uninstall the updates and reinstall it all over again?
As a side note, this feature is only available for Data, talk and text plans. Can you please text FIVE to 222? This will confirm if your plan offers this feature or not.
