I can't tell what app it is coming from. There are no settings in the My Account app to turn it off. It does not appear to be a Google or Gmail reminder, or a Samsung reminder.
Not only do I find it annoying and unnecessary, but the amount it "reminds me" about is always incorrect!!
Please let me know how to disable this "feature".

Hello @smokingcatnip,
Is it a text notification? If it is what number is it coming from? It could just be a spam text.
If possible can you post a screenshot?

Okay, so in my Google Assistant settings, Google Assistant was (I guess by default) set to "Help with tasks" and that includes goals, bill reminders, package deliveries, event updates, due date reminders, along with many other things.
I wouldn't even mind that so much, except it's clear that Google Assistant gets the WRONG INFO about my upcoming Fido bills and it stresses me out.
I turned it off on my Samsung Galaxy S10e by going into my Google settings-->Assistant settings-->Notifications-->Help with tasks, and then turning off "Bill reminders".
Hope this post helps somebody else out in the future. Consider it solved. Thank you.

I think it's actually a Google Assistant message but I checked my Google Assistant settings and I can't find anything about it in my reminders or whatever. I just don't get it.

It's not a text message. The app icon from the notification is like 3 dots connected by lines or something. I don't recognize it. It might be a system message from inside my phone, since it's a Fido phone, but I checked the entire app list and couldn't find anything that matches.
