Entering contest on Samsung Note 8

On my up-to-date Samsung Note 8 android device, clicking the contest banner does nothing, nor does it say "already entered".  What do I need to do to enter?

Today, I was able to enter the contest.  Within 2 seconds the ZTE contest banner appeared and was replaced with a spinning wheel.

I reach the ZTE contest panel via

Login -> Usage == Fido XTRA Perks == scroll down to 2nd panel

I show here the ZTE contest panel, as seen under both of the "Contests"/"From Fido" top navigation buttons.

   Just now, again clicked panel does nothing. 

Fido My Account - v4.14.1.1 (1262).

My phone is stock up-to-date Android 9, never rooted.
