Received message on Fido app on 26th January,2021 - A gift for you - 5 GBper month to your account.
Clicked on "give me the gb" on fido app, it took me to web site but didn't allow me to claim it.
As requested, emailed the screenshot of the message but was told by customer care solution associate that there are no offers on the line however supervisor was able to add it to my first line.
Same offer on my 2nd and 3rd line on fido app has been refused, been told that none of the lines have any offer and there cannot be anything done at this time.
Please help me with this issue, unfortunately this promotion ends on 30th Jan i.e. tomorrow and escalating it to supervisor didn't help much as i have been given the same reason that Fido app can be unreliable some times and should trust online account which isn't showing this offer.
