Anyone else logging into fido app and not being able to see thier plan xtras or data bytes? I keep seeing non or a msg saying error when I click on plan etc....hope this is just temporary but not seeing anything on here about fixes or updates etc...usually when they're changing stuff I can't log into my fido app...

Hi @Dc86 there were some glitches on the app last week and then reoccurred on Sunday for some people. Some of the forum members are reporting that it has been fixed. I cannot confirm as I wasn't personally affected. Hoping that it works for you now.
