When you access your app, do you login to your account? Also, have you tried activating Data Bytes by going in your Data Bytes history? You should be able to do it from there.

I am unable to log into the app on IOS.
It says "There's a problem with the information we received and we can't log you in. Try again later"
So instead I clicked the "I don't have a Fido account" to log in - was able to log in but I am unable to find where my Data Bytes are.The banner is not there and no where on the app.

Do you login as the account holder on your app?
Also, you get this error message either if your are on WI-FI or not?
