Did anyone follow up on the Fido XTRA promotion happening about 3 weeks ago. The PKGShop had a promotion of 50 % off and a free laptop tote. I placed an order for one of their travel bags withe Promo Code.
The website showed no evidence of any item qualifying for the discount and bonus. When I placed the order message came up the promo code did not apply to this item. I was OK with that but was expecting to receive the bonus TOTE BAG. Wrote them about that and they stated that because promo code did not apply no bonus either. I looked carefully and it appears that none there products qualified for the promotion.
Has anyone else follow up on this promotion and have the same thing happen?
I say that when FIDO PROMO says you get a bonus it should be honored. What is the point of a promo if the partnership company does not honour it? First time I have experienced something like this.
