i noticed something rather odd this morning when I was checking the remaining balance of my data and +5 extra hours. The data and 5 Extra hours didn’t reset correctly. Shouldn’t both be reset at the end of the billing cycle. If yes then I think there is a problem with your system

We're aware of this and our teams are working on deploying a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime, it should refresh on its own within 5 days of the new cycle starting.
If it hasn't reset after 5 days, please contact us and we'll take a closer look.
