Checking usage on new Fido app

hi everyone, I guess my Fido App was set to automatically update. If it wasn't I would have probably updated it anyways.

I dont one understand what Fido was thinking. The previous app would show usage, billing details, minutes and data used so far during billing period. The new app shows none of that. I spent time going through every menu, every granular link inside this new "App".

Allow me to repeat. No more usage viewing for days or minutes, and no more bill view to show details of your bill. Is this a conspiracy to not have the tools to ensure you don't go over you plan limits to hit you with a bigger bill?

Speechless,

NOT

Hello,

The app seems to be working fine for me. Usage for data, voice and SMS are all there as before. I'll admit, at first I wasn't quite sure what FidoStephane meant by selecting a line. What I think he means is having to choose a phone number as shown by the orange arrow below.

Once you select the phone number (or line), the usage data will be available. Presumably if you have more than one line on the account they will also be listed.

  Hope this helps Smiley

Cheers

Re: Checking usage on new Fido app

Hey there GroovyOneKenobi,

That's pretty odd, I downloaded the new app myself this morning and the first page (called Account Overview - Mobile) displays the lines on my account, with the names of the users. When I select a line, the very first thing I see is all the usage (data, voice, and text).

What do you see when you select a line?

@ Community: Anyone else having issues seeing their usage in the new App?
