Can’t use the extra 5 hours of Data

Hello,

since two weeks ago, I found it the extra 5 hours of data can not open，I tried restarted  and reinstalled, both are not succes. And keep showing like something went wrong.

I don't see any doghouses in your screenshot, leads me to think you used all 5. Or they think you used all 5. Or the popup is covering the doghouses.
