Can't redeem $100 Adidas prize voucher

So Fido Xtra is telling me that I won $100 adidas prize voucher. I filled out the information they wanted as well as the math question but when I click on Redeem NOW, it sends me back to fido app and no unique code is given to redeem anything. Not sure what I should do.

I always have issues with fido contests. for example, For the daily contests that require scratching daily, I can't even view the scratch area. Its really stupid.

Any advice is appreciated!

If you have an Android phone try clearing the app cache, if that does not work try uninstalling the app then reinstall it and see if it works.

If you have an iPhone uninstall the app and then reinstall and see if it works.
