Can't claim any prize

I'm not able to claim any prize won on the fido extra app when I enter my email I'm told my email is incorrect or it's wrong format

Make sure there are no spaces at the end of the e-mail or if possible can you use a different e-mail address?

Thanks for the tip it seems to have worked I'll just have to wait to see if I receive the fido prize.
