Can't Redeem 100CAD Adidas Gift Card..

I opened my Fido app and I saw a message that I have won a 100CAD adidas adidas gift card and after I claimed it and filled all the information and math quiz, I still haven't recieved the Code for my Gift card. Is this some kind of bug or will I get my prize after particular time period? I need help.

This shouldn't happen, and we want to resolve this so you can claim your prize Smiley


Do you have an Android or an iPhone?


If it's an Android, please clear the app cache through the phone settings (usually under settings - applications) and once that's done also delete the app and re-install it.


If it's an iPhone, just delete the app and re-install it and test again by opening Fido XTRA. 


Try that out and it should do the trick! If not, keep us posted please.

I believe it a bug with the app I've seen a few other users having issues also.
