Sorry to hear you're having issues with the Adidas XTRA promotion. If you are having issues redeeming a perk, you should contact Adidas Canada directly (see FAQs here and here).
On the other hand, if you are unable to get a redemption code or are unable to view the offers in the app, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
