Fido app on iOS is literally useless 90% of the time, never works when you need it the most, just stuck in the log in screen doesn't matter you refresh it or even changing the password, doesn't matter how many patches they do it never fixes anything. Never get to use the 5hrs of data.

That definitely shouldn't be happening! I tested it on my end, and it worked fine.
Can you please uninstall and reinstall the app and let us know if that helped?
Also, do you log in with your email or your phone number? And are you able to log into your online account on fido.ca or are you experiencing troubles there too?
