5 hours of data "Something went wrong"

Clicking on the Extra 5 Hours banner from Usage tab in app get the message:

 

"Something went wrong - Sorry, we've hit a snag.  Please check back again later."  

 

Been getting this message for days.   If I go to More tab and click "My 5 extra hours of data history" I get the same error message.

 

Have deleted and reinstalled app.  App up to date.  iOS 13.7

Did you try with IOS 14.0.1 to see if you get the same result?
