5 hours of data error

Everytime I tried to use my 5 hours of data I run into the "Sorry, we've hit a snag.  Please check back later" message.

 

Deleted cache, deleted storage, reinstalled app, restarted phone.  Multiple combinations of the above. Nothing worked.

If all of those test failed, it would be best for you to reach out to our customer care team so they can review this more in depth with you and work towards a solution!
