Than you for your avise. I spent the last three weeks battling their custommer support. The only answere I was told that only account holder can use 5 hours of data. The issue is that I am an account holder. They kicked me between 10 representatives and none of them could provide a sulution, just kept telling me that I need to be ab acount holder, that I am.
Who knows how to file a complaint for their customer service?
