5 hours free data not in my app

Any suggetions for fixing the issue of 5 hours of free data no longer showing up in my app. Have tried deleting app and redownloading several times. Tried access from logged in and logged out. Tried contacting Fido customer service, they did not suggest any solutions. Quite frustrating! Any other suggestions please send along.

Hi @KEM91 great to hear that you have your 5 hours of free data back. I know there were some issues last week that Fido was working hard to resolve. Looks like they got the problem fixed. 👍

Just had a look at my phone...Guess what?  The +5 Hours of Data link has reappeared!!  Thanks guys.  Hope other users have the same good experience.

Same problem here.  Did all the things you did but no change.  Fido, you may have a problem at your end.  Please investigate.  Thanks.
