Hi, when I try to use my free 5 hours data byte in the app, it says they're used up for this billing cycle, which is wrong as my new billing cycle just started on the 4th and I haven't used any sessions yet. It displays all the data byte sessions from the last billing cycle.
I've already cleared the data and cache and nothing changed. I called support and no resolution came out of it.
Can someone assist? I rely on this service heavily when I visit my parents on the weekend who don't have internet.

Lookslike this got resolved as I can access the data bytes and activate a session.
