hi on the Fido app, I'm not able to track my 1000 LD minutes, I have used many minutes, but the app always shows, 0 minutes used, I'm not the only one having this issues, many of my friends and collegues are having the same.... I always have to contact the Fido customer service to check my minutes which very tiring and takes lots of time.... please update the app, so we're able to check our usage.

When did this start on your end exactly?
What did you try so far on your end to fix this? Did you have a chance to reinstall the app to see if you get the same result?
