I have a problem, I refilled my prepaid account but the amount is like before the filling

Hi, I refilled just before at the fido store my prepaid account (40$), I checked on line now my account is still like before I fiiled it - 19.56$. How's taht possible?!? What should I do. Plz someone help       ***Edited to add Labels***
