Thank you for your help. Issue was resolved last week. It required me to factory reset the phone and readjust the screen timeout settings. Been working fine since then.

Hi, I got the phone after speaking with customer care. It was shipped out on November 6 and I received it on November 7. What should I do?Thanks

Hi, If I understood correctly, then my phone does not have the same update as yours. Under software version the date of the latest security update is March 1, 2017.I don't know where else to check for a software update. Any ideas? Thanks!
