Here’s a step by step guide showing you how to add an email account to your phone.   Let’s begin with iOS: Tap Settings. Scroll down and tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Tap Add Account. Select your email provider. If you don’t see it in the list, tap on Other → Add Mail Account. Fill in the fields with the required information. If your phone doesn’t load the email settings automatically, you’ll need to contact your email provider and ask them for the info. Android (settings may vary a bit depending on the phone model) Go to Settings. Select Accounts & Sync Tap on Add account. Select either Email or Personal (IMAP or POP3) Enter the required info. Windows Phone 8: In the App list, tap on Settings, then tap Email + accounts. Tap Add an account Select either Microsoft account, Outlook, Gmail or Yahoo! and enter the required information. If your email provider is your internet service provider, select Other account and fill in the fields. BlackBerry 10: On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap on Settings, then Accounts. Tap on icon with a "+" Tap Email, Calendar and Contacts. Enter your email address and tap Next. Enter your password then tap Next. Change any additional settings and tap Done.   There you have it!
