What type of email account r u trying to sync with ??
please keep in mind that not everyone is a mind reader....lol...as much relevant details as possible would help us help you a lot quicker...

I know what your trying to do, you want it to mark read on your desktop when you open it on your BB and read it, so they stay in sync. I think you should check if Cogeco has an IMAP mail protocal, that might work. POP based mail does not syncronize wirelessly.

Wireless reconciliation is what you are looking for. We cannot guarantee 100% it will work (as part of it is not controlled by Fido) but I can give you some things to check.
On your device, click on the icon for the email address in question. Hit the menu button, go to Options then Email Reconciliation. Make sure it is set to ON. If it is set and still does not work it is due to the fact that this feature does not work with certain email addresses.
You can always also try a battery pull as well as removing the email from your BIS account and re-adding it.

So...COGECO..does not offer IMAP protocols in order to sync your BB & email account(s) over the cellular network
Possible work around....use google to log into your cogeco account and retrieve your emails
( in your google accoutn you settings whereby when you send an email the user can see your cogeco email addy )
since google offers both POP and IMAP....I can safely assume that your blackberry can sync with google using the google IMAP protocols...
The rest of the details I will let you figure out......

There is no e-mail Reconciliation button in the options menu!
The Fido support person tells me Fido does not support e-mail reconciliation, but there is a way around it that I must locate myself on the web!!
