even if I buy a new phone with no terms,

is it possible to repair the phone by fido service if I have a problem on the phone?

or, do I have to use the device protection program?

Hey James_Jeong13!

Every phone that we sell is covered by a one year warranty with the manufacturer, whether the phone is purchased full price or on contract.

If your phone is still covered by the warranty you can bring it in to any participating Fido store to have it sent for repair. 

Just remember that liquid and physical damage is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
